LDO
LD501 is a ultra-low noise (15μ Vrms), low dropout (LDO) linear regulator that can provide up to 250mA of output current. LD501's low quiescent current (160μ A), high power supply rejection ratio (70dB PSRR), and transient line and load performance make it highly suitable for image sensors, RF, and low-power portable applications.
