  • The REF3xx is a low-power, high-precision, low-dropout voltage reference series, packaged in SOT23-3. Its compact size and low power consumption make the REF3xx an ideal choice for a variety of portable and battery-powered applications. Under normal load conditions, the REF3xx can operate with a supply voltage that is only 2mV higher than the specified output voltage, with the exception of the REF312, which has a minimum supply voltage of 1.8V. All models are specified for use over the wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
