The REF3xx series is a low-power, precision, and low-dropout voltage reference family packaged in SOT23-3. The compact size and low power consumption render the REF3xx an optimum option for myriad portable and battery-powered applications. Under typical load conditions, the REF3xx operates with a supply voltage as low as 2mV above the specified output voltage, with the exception of the REF312, which necessitates a minimum supply voltage of 1.8V. All models are characterized across a broad temperature spectrum spanning -40°C to 125°C.
