The REF3xx is a family of low power, precision, low dropout voltage references in a SOT23-3 package. The small size and low power consumption make the REF3xx ideal for a variety of portable and battery powered applications. Under normal load conditions, the REF3xx can operate from a supply voltage 2mV above the specified output voltage, except for the REF312, which has a minimum supply voltage of 1.8 V. All models are specified over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The REF3xx is available in a SOT23-3 package.
