The REF3xx series constitutes a family of low-power, precision, and low-dropout voltage references encapsulated within SOT23-3 packaging. Characterized by diminutive proportions and reduced power consumption, the REF3xx emerges as an exemplary option for diverse portable and battery-powered applications. Under nominal load circumstances, the REF3xx is capable of functioning with a supply voltage marginally exceeding the designated output voltage by 2mV, albeit with the exception of the REF312, which stipulates a minimum supply voltage of 1.8V. All variants are calibrated to operate across an expansive thermal range, spanning -40°C to 125°C.
