The REF3xx series is a low-power, precision, low-dropout voltage reference family packaged in SOT23-3. The small size and low power consumption make the REF3xx ideal for various portable and battery-powered applications. Under normal load conditions, the REF3xx can operate with a supply voltage as low as 2mV above the specified output voltage, except for the REF312 which has a minimum supply voltage of 1.8V. All models are specified over a wide temperature range of −40°C to 125°C.
