The OPZ501/2 is a high-precision, zero-drift 5V operational amplifier, particularly suitable for high-precision, low-voltage sensor applications. With low zero-drift and an ultra-low initial offset voltage (9μV, max), the OPZ501/2 achieves ultra-low power consumption, with a typical power consumption of only 680nA. This allows designers to effectively alleviate power consumption concerns in battery-powered scenarios while ensuring power consumption and maintaining accuracy.Additionally, the OPZ501/2 device has a 15kHz bandwidth and picoamp bias current, which can effectively reduce the errors introduced by the amplifier itself. This makes the OPZ501/2 operational amplifier very suitable for applications such as current detection, gas detection, and temperature sensing. The zero-drift function ensures that devices needing to stay on won't lose much precision due to environmental changes. The OPZ501/2 operational amplifier is available in SOT23-5, SOT23-6, and SOIC-8 packages. Additionally, the OPZ5012 is a 2 - channel op - amp in a SOIC - 8 package. The rated temperature range for all versions is - 40°C to 125°C.
