The OPA503/OPA504 is one of the ultra-low-power operational amplifiers provided by Analogy. The quiescent current of the OPA503/OPA504 operational amplifiers is only 570 nA, and the operating voltage ranges from 1.6 V to 5.5 V, making it suitable for most battery-powered environments and able to maintain stability without the need for additional boost topologies. The OPA503/OPA504 devices maintain low power consumption and an 11 kHz bandwidth, working well with devices such as CO detectors, smoke detectors, and PIR motion detectors. Additionally, the OPA503/OPA504 operational amplifiers feature a CMOS input stage, with bias currents typically in the femtoamp range. EMI protection is incorporated within the design of the OPA503/OPA504 to enhance overall system reliability by reducing the system's sensitivity to unwanted radio frequency signals from sources like mobile phones, Wi-Fi, radio transmitters, and tag receivers. In low-power applications, the EN pin can help save power consumption. The OPA503/OPA504 operational amplifiers are available in SOT23-5 and SOT23-6 packages, with a rated temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making them suitable for various harsh environments.
