  • The ADX115 is a precision, low-power, 16-bit resolution, I2C-compatible analog-to-digital converter (ADC) available in MSOP-10 and QFN-10 packages. Its high level of integration can help simplify system design complexity and cost, as the device integrates a low-drift voltage reference, oscillator, programmable gain amplifier (PGA), and digital comparator, among other functional blocks. The internal digital filter of the ADX115 provides flexible output data rates ranging from 8SPS to 860SPS. The PGA offers an input range of ±256mV to ±6.144V, enabling precise measurement of both large and small signals. The digital comparator within the ADX115 can be used for under-voltage and over-voltage detection. It operates in either continuous conversion mode or single-shot mode. The internal filter ensures single-cycle stability in both modes. In single-shot mode, after one conversion, the device automatically powers down; therefore, power consumption during idle periods is significantly reduced. Moreover, the ADX115 can operate over a wide power supply range, making it highly suitable for sensor measurement applications where power and space are constrained.
