  • The HD70xx2Q is a automotive-grade dual-channel smart high-side switch with input control pins compatible with 3V and 5V CMOS interfaces, featuring two independent output channels. The HD70xx2Q is widely used in 12V grounded load applications in vehicles, providing intelligent protection and diagnostic functions. The HD70xx2Q integrates advanced protection functions, including load overcurrent limitation protection, relative overtemperature protection, and overheat shutdown protection with configurable lockout function. The "FaultRST" pin of the HD70xx2Q can control the output to automatically recover or lockout when a fault occurs.Additionally, the HD70xx2Q has a dedicated multifunctional analog output pin CS, which provides complex diagnostic functions, including high-precision proportional load current detection, output overload and ground short-circuit warning, as well as VCC short-circuit diagnostics and OFF-state open-circuit diagnostics.The input SEn pin is the detection enable pin of the HD70xx2Q, which can further disable the diagnostic function in the OFF state to achieve lower power consumption. Moreover, in scenarios where multiple HD70xx2Qs are used in the same system, in addition to saving power, the SEn pin can also enable multiple HD70xx2Qs to share only one ADC sampling channel and one CS-to-ground resistor, greatly optimizing system implementation costs.Currently, the HD70xx2Q dual-channel series includes four models: HD70152, HD70202, HD70402, and HD70802, corresponding to four resistance levels of 15, 20, 40, and 80mΩ. Each model has two package options: SSOP14 and SSOP16, ensuring perfect compatibility with competing products.
