The HD70xx2Q is a automotive-grade dual-channel smart high-side switch with input control pins compatible with 3V and 5V CMOS interfaces, featuring two independent output channels. The HD70xx2Q is widely used in 12V ground-load applications in vehicles, providing intelligent protection and diagnostic functions.The HD70xx2Q integrates advanced protection functions, including load overcurrent limitation protection, relative overtemperature protection, and overheat shutdown protection with configurable lockout functionality. The "FaultRST" pin of the HD70xx2Q can control automatic output recovery or lockout when a fault occurs.Additionally, the HD70xx2Q has a dedicated multi-functional multi-plexed analog output pin CS, which provides complex diagnostic functions, including high-precision proportional load current detection, output overload and ground short-circuit warning, as well as VCC short-circuit diagnosis and OFF-state open-circuit diagnosis.The input SEn pin is the detection enable pin of the HD70xx2Q, which can further disable diagnostic functions during the OFF state to achieve lower power consumption. Moreover, when using multiple HD70xx2Qs in the same system, the SEn pin can also enable multiple HD70xx2Qs to share only one ADC sampling channel and one CS-to-ground resistor, greatly optimizing system implementation costs.The current HD70xx2Q dual-channel product series includes four models: HD70152, HD70202, HD70402, and HD70802, corresponding to four internal resistance levels of 15, 20, 40, and 80mΩ, each with SSOP14 and SSOP16 packaging options to achieve perfect compatibility with competitor products.
